BSS Reworked Rebirths

Rebirths are the clearest way BSS Reworked is not original Bee Swarm Simulator. Original BSS never asks you to throw away current honey for a permanent multiplier. This fangame does. The Roblox badge list is the proof: Rebirth 15, Max Rebirth, Max Metthiology Tree, and 10 Metthiology Points all exist on the place. Treat those names as design intent even when the in-game menu spells the tree the same odd way.

This page tells you what to expect, when to press the button, and how rebirths interact with honey farming and hive building. If you transferred from BSS 1:1, also read data transfer so you do not rebirth on the wrong copy of the save.

What a rebirth is for

A rebirth spends (and typically wipes) current honey in exchange for a lasting bonus: more pollen, more convert, more hive power, or tree points. Related fangames in this family (BSS 1:1 Rebirths) are explicit that bees and gear stay and only honey resets. BSS Reworked’s own description points players at “show your rebirths and hive” for restores, which only makes sense if rebirth count is a first-class stat. Play as if:

• Honey in the counter goes away.
• Hive bees, gifted status, and gear stay unless a patch note says otherwise.
• Rebirth count is what the community looks at during a restore.

If a patch changes that, it will be on the changelog. Until then, do not rebirth with a full bag you forgot to convert. Convert first. Always.

BBM Completed	Separate event line. Do not confuse it with rebirth count.

You do not need Max Rebirth this week. You do need to stop ignoring the button when it is cheaper than your next mythic egg.

When to press it

Press rebirth when the bonus beats the honey you would have spent on the next shop item. Practical checks:

1. Bag and tool are not embarrassing versus the tools tier list.
2. You can refill the lost honey in a time you are willing to repeat.
3. You are not in the middle of a code boost window.
4. You converted.
5. You are not about to buy a hive slot for a bee that is already in inventory.

If all five pass and the menu is affordable, take it. Sitting on a lit rebirth while you royal-jelly for fun is the common stall.

Early rebirths should feel almost too cheap. That is the point. Later ones hurt. Use the rebirth tracker notes to write down the honey price if the UI does not keep history.

Metthiology Tree

The badge spelling is Metthiology. We keep that spelling because that is what Roblox shows. Functionally it is an upgrade tree: points in, permanent stats out. Sister fangames unlock a tree around the teens of rebirths. Even if the exact unlock number differs here, the play pattern is the same.

Spend points on whatever multiplies your current color. A red hive wants attack, red pollen, and convert that supports Precise tokens. A blue hive wants bubble / balloon / tadpole synergy. A white hive wants gather, white pollen, and goo if gummy tools are in play. Dumping points into a color you already decided to reroll is a donation.

Finish the cheap nodes that help every session before you chase a vanity capstone. 10 Metthiology Points is a milestone badge, not a reason to skip pollen nodes.

Rebirths versus gamepasses

Passes such as Permanent Wealth Clock, x1.5 Bee Ability Rate, and x2 Item Loot change income. They do not replace rebirths. If you buy a pass, you should rebirth more often, because the honey comes back faster. If you refuse passes, you should still rebirth; you just wait for a clean honey session first.

Never buy a pass because a rebirth felt expensive. The expensive rebirth is teaching you to farm. A pass only makes sense after you like the loop in how to play.

After you rebirth

Go straight to a field that matches your hive. Do not window-shop. The first bag after a reset is how you learn whether the bonus was real. Then follow the normal spend order: tool if needed, bag if needed, next rebirth if needed. Color pages stay valid: red, blue, white.

If your count is high enough to talk to the community about a BSS 1:1 restore, take screenshots of the rebirth menu and the hive before you reroll anything. That is the whole point of data transfer.
