Tools and Gear Tier List

Gear in BSS Reworked follows the Bee Swarm Simulator shop ladder even when this fangame’s honey numbers differ. This page ranks roles, not gold costs. We do not invent prices. If a shop tag in your server disagrees with original BSS, believe the shop and still buy in the same order: tool, bag, then the slot that actually holds a bee. First-hour context is getting started. Spend the honey you just made with honey farming. Bees that make the tool worth swinging sit on the bee tier list. Color identity lives on the players hub.

Collectors from Scooper to color tools

The collector is gather speed. If flowers look empty under you, this is the bottleneck, not your mask.

Early (C to B). Scooper is the tutorial stick. Rake, Magnet, Vacuum, Super-Scooper, Pulsar, Electro-Magnet, Scissors, Honey Dipper, Bubble Wand, Scythe, Golden Rake, Spark Staff are the original climb. Each step is “more pollen per swing” plus sometimes a wider shape. Buy the next one when it costs about a short farm, not when you are saving for a mythic egg with a Scooper still equipped.

Mid (A). Porcelain Dipper is the honest all-rounder. It does not care which color you picked yet. If your hive is still mixed, stop here. A porcelain-style collector plus a bigger bag beats a color tool on the wrong field.

End (S). Color tools are a lock:

  • Dark Scythe — red. Flames, red pollen, Precise / Spicy hives. See red hive.
  • Tide Popper — blue. Bubbles, foam, Tadpole / Buoyant hives. See blue hive.
  • Petal Wand — white. Petals, goo-friendly white plans. See white hive.

Gummyballer exists in original BSS as a goo specialist. If this clone shipped it, it is a white/gummy tool, not a general upgrade over Petal Wand. Permanent TL is a 299 Robux gamepass on this place; we do not invent what the letters mean in your shop tooltip. If it permanently replaces a tool grind, treat it as optional pay-to-skip, not as a rank on this list.

Do not buy Dark Scythe on a blue hive because the swing looked cool. Color tools fight your own pollen when the hive disagrees.

Bags from pouch to Coconut Canister

Capacity without convert is a museum. Still: overflowing every thirty seconds is how boost windows die.

Early. Pouch, jar, backpack, canister, mega-jug, compressor, elite barrel — climb when you convert every minute. Skip a bag only if convert is already the bottleneck (you walk to the hive with 20% and wait).

Mid. Port-O-Hive, then Porcelain Port-O-Hive. Porcelain bag is the mixed-hive tank. It matches porcelain collector. Buy them as a pair if you can; if you cannot, collector first.

End. Coconut Canister is the white/endgame tank in original BSS: huge capacity plus coconut bonuses that love white fields and Gummy plans. Red and blue still use it as a bag, but white feels it more. Instant convert from balloons (blue) or micro-converters can hide a small bag during a boost; they do not hide a small bag all day.

Petal Magnet (99 Robux) pulls tokens. It does not replace bag size. x2 Item Loot (99 Robux) makes drops better; it does not gather pollen. Half Item Cooldown (49 Robux) is for glues, gums, and extracts you already own. None of those passes are a collector.

Masks

Masks are convert, pollen, and a color vote.

  • Honey / honeycomb / beekeeper masks are early convert. Fine. Replace them.
  • Diamond Mask — blue convert monster. Wrong on a committed red hive.
  • Demon Mask — red attack and red pollen. Wrong on a committed blue hive.
  • Gummy Mask — white / goo. Pairs with Petal Wand and Coconut Canister.
  • Bubble Mask — blue bubbles. Pairs with Tide Popper.

If you cannot afford the color mask, keep a convert mask rather than wearing the opposite color “for the stats.” A Diamond Mask on red fights Precise. A Demon Mask on blue fights Tadpole.

Boots, belts, and guards

Boots are movement and pollen. Hiking / beekeeper / honeycomb boots are the climb. Coconut Clogs are the late pair in original BSS. Haste bees (Hasty, Ninja) matter less once boots are real; they still matter if you skipped boots to buy jelly.

Belts are capacity and sometimes convert or loot. Belt pocket → belt bag → Mondo Belt Bag → honeycomb / petal belts. Buy belt when the bag overflows during a normal (not boosted) bag fill. Do not buy a petal belt on a hive that has not picked white.

Guards are left/right color votes plus crit or convert. Looker, Bomber, Hasty, Brave guards are early. Then red/blue/white guards. Then petal or coconut style if the clone copied those shops. Equip the pair that matches the hive color. Two off-color guards because they had a high attack number is how people fail hive building.

Gamepasses that change gear value

These passes exist on the official store screenshot. They change how good gear feels; they are not gear:

  • Permanent Wealth Clock (9 Robux) — background honey. Nice. Not a scooper replacement.
  • Petal Magnet (99) — token pickup. Helps every color.
  • x1.5 Bee Ability Rate (99) — more tokens from bees. Makes Precise / Tadpole / Vector feel faster. Still buy the tool.
  • x2 Item Loot (99) and Half Item Cooldown (49) — extracts, glues, dice. They make boost windows cheaper, not collectors stronger.
  • -50% Monster Respawn (49) — more mobs. Only if your hive can kill them.
  • x1.5 Digital Bee Dupe (199) — a bee pass, ranked on the bee list.
  • Permanent TL (299) — expensive skip. Optional.

Do not buy a pass to unlock a shop item. Codes stay free. RELEASE does not require Petal Magnet.

Buy order without fake prices

  1. Next collector if flowers die under the swing.
  2. Next bag if you overflow before convert.
  3. Hive slot if a bee is waiting (see players).
  4. Boots if you still walk like a Basic Bee.
  5. Belt if capacity is the leak after the bag.
  6. Mask that matches color, or convert if mixed.
  7. Guards that match color.
  8. Color tool only after the hive has a color.
  9. Rebirth if the button beats the next shop tag. See rebirth.

If the next tag is more than a short farm, go farm. The shop is not a quest log. Porcelain is the honest midgame. Color tools are a commitment. Buy the commitment after the hive already has a color, not because a shop portrait glowed.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for BSS Reworked on Roblox.

What collector should I buy first in BSS Reworked?

Whatever the shop shows next after Scooper, as soon as it costs a short farm. Do not save for Dark Scythe, Tide Popper, or Petal Wand during getting started.

Is Porcelain Dipper still worth it?

Yes, while the hive is mixed or you cannot afford the color tool. It is the all-rounder. Color tools come after you pick red, blue, or white.

Should I buy Coconut Canister on a red hive?

As a bag, yes if it is the next real capacity step. As a white identity piece, no. White plans feel it more; red still needs a tank that convert can empty.

Do gamepasses replace gear?

No. Wealth Clock, Petal Magnet, and loot passes change income and pickup. They do not swing. Buy tool and bag first.

Why don’t you list honey prices?

This fangame’s shop tags can differ from original BSS. Ranking the role is stable. Inventing a number that your server does not show would be a lie.
